International Shipping Notice

Please note the following important information for international shipments:

* Customs and Duties:
Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These fees are 含まれていない in the product price or shipping cost and are the 顧客の責任.

* Customs Clearance Delays:
Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, local postal delays, or country-specific import regulations. These delays are outside of our control. 

* Restricted or Prohibited Items:
Some items may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to verify import regulations before placing an order. 

* Incorrect Address or Missing Information:
Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate.
Missing information—such as incomplete names, postal codes, or customs identification numbers—may cause delivery delays or returns.

* Tracking Availability:
Tracking details will be provided once the package is shipped, though tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country's postal system. 

* Returned International Packages:
If a package is returned due to customs refusal, unpaid duties, or an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply. Refunds may be issued for products only, excluding shipping charges.

国際配送に関するお知らせ

*通関の義務
海外配送時に、目的地国で課される 関税・税・輸入手数料はお客様負担です。当該費用は商品価格及び送料に含まれておりません。 

*注文合計金額が150ドル以下の場合 通関税は課されません

*通関遅延 
通関検査や国別の規制により、配送期間が遅れることがあります。このような遅延は当社では管理できません。

*輸入制限品目 
一部の商品は特定の国で収入が制限される場合があります。 

*お客様の氏名、住所、個人通関符号の入力
正確な住所と個人通関番号を入力してください。 必須情報の欠落（郵便番号、受領者名、個人通関符号など）は配送遅延や返送の原因となります。エラー入力時に配送が遅れる場合があり、配送遅延による追加費用はお客様が負担する場合があります。

*配送追跡
商品発送後、追跡番号が提供されます。国別の郵便システムによって、追跡可能かどうかが異なる場合があります。

*搬送案内
関税の未払い、収入の拒否、住所の誤りによって返送される場合は、再配送費用が発生します。払い戻しの場合、最初の送料は返金されない場合があります。
